Our tacos are handcrafted and served on delicious blend of corn and flour tortilla , cooked to order and carefully seasoned with Himalayan salt and always using local fresh ingredients and topped with our in house chipotle sauce . we use orange or purple sweet potatoes, our purple sweet potatoes (seasonal), roasted with butter and thyme , built upon a bed of our in house Chipotle Aioli, bacon then topped with pumpkin seeds and parmesan cheese
